A simple pattern named after its throws. The 4 is a staight up throw to
the same hand, a 2 is a hand holding a ball but doing nothing, and a 3 is
a normal cascade throw.

So, simply following the numbers, you start off with
a throw staight up on one side, followed by the other hand doing nothing, and
ending with a cascade throw by the first hand to the other side. Then repeat the
other way round.

It's a two-in-one hand juggle, the right hand throws twice, followed by two
left hand throws.
