Under the Leg

The title pretty much explains this one itself. Juggle a cascade and throw
one of the balls under the leg.

It doesn't have to be a cascade, of course, or even just one ball.
The throw doesn't have to be under the leg either, you can throw it up
normally and catch it under the leg. Lots of possibilities.

I must say, I find this one of the most active of all patterns.
An avid runner, I usually run around 50 kilometers each week,
but a few rounds of under the leg gets my heart beating faster than
and hour or so on the road.
